A VALID PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER
Bidder by registering and accepting this card and bidding at auction, assumes
a legal responsibility to pay for lots sold to him with no exchanges, refunds,
or refusals allowed, and further agrees that in the unlikely event that Sunrise Towing
is unable to furnish a merchantable title to any vehicle, the extent of Sunrise Towing's
liability shall be to refund in full the purchase price of said vehicle.
All lots are offered as is, where is, and become the property and responsibility of the
bidder at the time of sale.
No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made by the auctioneers,
concerning the accuracy of description, or condition of the lots.
Auctioneers are not responsible for accidents, damage, or loss of any kind to bidders,
persons in attendance, or their property.
All lots must be paid for prior to removal from sale site.
Auctioneers announcements and decisions from the block take preference over written
material.
Sunrise Towing reserves the right to bid on any and all vehicles.
